Panel discussions about women in senior management at Folkemødet, a Danish political festival
The lack of women in senior management is not only a challenge in the legal profession. Plesner took the opportunity to focus on women in management, or the lack thereof, at Folkemødet. A number of organisations and companies were invited to participate in panel discussions for the purpose of inspiring each other. Experiences and ideas were thick on
the ground, and were willingly shared during the successful event. Much effort is put into increasing the number of women in senior management and supporting female talents, and it was evident that that there is every reason to learn from each other across sectors.
