Participation & Registration
All teams registered and participating in the 25th Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot are eligible to participate in Plesner Pre-Moot 2018.
The registration deadline is 31 January 2018. Registration is done electronically at www.plesner.com/premoot.
Places are limited, so we suggest to register as early as possible. However, please do not register if you have substantial concerns whether you will actually be able to make it to Copenhagen for the Pre-Moot, as we would then prefer to reserve slots for other teams. Please contact us (premoot@plesner.com) if you have such concerns at any point prior to the Pre-Moot so we may be able to assist you in the best way possible.
Participation in Plesner Pre-Moot 2018 (including social events) is free of charge. However, transfer to/from Copenhagen and accommodation are at own expense (see the previous section).
